New Crop Air-dried Vegetables dehydration and drying methods include natural drying and artificial dehydration. Artificial dehydration includes hot air drying, microwave drying, puffing drying, infrared and far-infrared drying, and vacuum drying. At present, most of Ad Vegetables Mixed are hot air drying and dehydration and freeze-vacuum drying and dehydration. The freeze-vacuum dehydration method is an advanced vegetable dehydration and drying method. It also has ideal rapid rehydration.

XINGHUA JIAHE was established in 2003 and the boundary of the facility is clearly defined with fence wall. Consideration has been given to local activities and environment which may have potentially adverse impact and there was no pollution for its surrounding.
The external areas were maintained in normal condition. Canteen, boiler room and waste water treatment were separated from production buildings and no contamination risk.
Scheduled program of microbiological, chemical, physical and organoleptic testing covering raw materials, ingredients, products and processing environment was established and documented in the facility, and the plan defined the sampling procedure and method was also available.
Internal laboratory tests moisture, ash, sensory items, TPC, Coliform. Trend analysis of test results yearly with records retained.
Subcontracted to the external laboratory such as CIQ Lab, Eurofins, Sino Analytica and SGS lab which are accredited by ISO17025 test pathogen, heavy metal and pesticide residues.
